Requests for Spanish Translation Quotes or Translation Cost Information

4/29/2014 by Lon Schultz

Following is information that we would like to receive from a client that would like a Spanish translation quote or translation cost information to translate documents from English to Spanish:

  1. Whenever possible, email the documents as attachments to the email address on our contact page that you are considering for translation. Any materials that you share with Strictly Spanish will be kept in strict confidence. We would be happy to provide you with our Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement. If the documents are not available to send to us, please describe the subject matter and the file format of your documents in the body of your email. A sample would be very helpful. Please provide an estimated word count.
  2. Indicate what your turnaround needs are and when you anticipate initiating your translation project.
  3. Provide the name of your company and website address. We are a business-to-business translation company and require this information to provide a quote.
  4. We normally do not respond to anonymous requests for quotes from email addresses from yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc.
  5. We do not provide translation services for individuals for personal needs such as the translation of birth certificates, marrage certificates, diplomas, and letters.
