SST New Year Resolutions: Our Promises to Our Clients

With January as the month of making new year’s resolutions, we at Strictly Spanish Translations wanted to share ours. While they are renewed in 2021, these resolutions have been our yearly mission for decades.

1. Quality translations foremost, with attention to detail – Through such methods as multiple edits and thorough research, our team will produce accurate, persuasive translations reflective of our and our clients’ passion for quality. Every word, sentence, paragraph, and page will have our full attention as we generate our best work.

2. Working closely with our clients - Our team will dedicate our entire focus to translations that fully convey our clients’ message. Through email exchanges and proofs, our team will partner with our clients to deliver translations that promote their stated goals, while addressing any concerns that clients may have.

3. Timeliness in delivery – Our team will meet all delivery deadlines. Furthermore, we will, at every opportunity, deliver projects early in consideration of our clients’ tight schedules and pressing need for translations.

4. Consideration of a translation’s audience – Our team will reflect on a translation’s audience while translating, crafting a translation that effectively reaches that audience through particular word choice and framing. No audience, or client, is alike, and our team will be ever mindful of those unique voices.

5. Consistency across multiple translations – Our team will cross-reference prior client translations with new projects to maintain consistent terminology. Referring to our term databases, we will help maintain a consistent company image through its translations.
